People really need to loosen up and try to understand where another person is coming from. Failing that, try to understand that we are all in this together and create a more positive environment for collaboration. No one is trying to sabotage you.

No point talking if you are not listening. Saying yes to placate is one thing, but think about it, what else can be said? It has always been yes, no, or silence, isn’t it?

I cannot read your mind, tell me what you want and I will deliver. You are talking so much, but really, the silence on your side is scary.
